Heading to Pittcon? Don't Miss These LECO Happenings

There are many exciting things happening at Pittcon this year! This year’s Pittcon is taking place in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania from March 17 to the 21—the show brings together the latest technologies and research in laboratory science. We’ll be at booth #3127, stop by for visit, where you’ll be able to discuss your application with us, and we will work with you to find the right solution for your laboratory! Our GC-MS solutions offer industry-leading sensitivity, seamless data handling, and high sample throughput, giving you everything you need to dissect your most demanding applications and explore all that is in your sample faster than ever before. On display will be our Pegasus HRT+ 4D High Resolution TOFMS and our Pegasus BT 4D GCxGC-TOFMS featuring our new FLUX flow modulator

See our technology in action at our Demo Zone presentation on our Simply GCxGC® Method Development Tool and ChromaTOF® Software!

Wednesday, March 20th | 10:30 am | Demo Area 2 (Booth 3042)

Our Simply GCxGC method development tool is designed for both the new user looking to get started with GCxGC, as well as for the experienced user who wants to streamline their analysis. This free tool walks users through the necessary steps of creating a GCxGC method from scratch, or converting an existing 1D GC method to GCxGC. LECO’s GCxGC ChromaTOF brand software is an industry standard mass spectrometer data system for acquiring, processing, and reporting data. Uniquely designed to meet the needs of today’s laboratory professionals in the food/flavor/fragrance, metabolomics, environmental, and petrochemical industries, ChromaTOF offers seamless control of both the instrument and accessories, as well as an intuitive interface with highly integrated data processing.

Another must-do at Pittcon is the “Hot Topics and Adoption of GCxGC (Comprehensive GC)” Conferee Network taking place on Thursday, March 21st at 2:00 pm in Room 203A. This is great opportunity to join thought-leaders to discuss the latest topics in comprehensive GC, new applications of technology, and the challenges of validating methods (ISO, ASTM, ASBC, AOAC, etc.).

We’ve also got a number of poster and oral presentations at the show, check out the full list here!
